nna is considering nonfiction proposals on all subjects as well as adult commercial and literary fiction by both unpublished and published authors. She looks for careful writing and compelling storytelling as well as intelligent and provocative books that illuminate some aspect of the world we live in. She has a strong track record of working with journalists, scholars and experts from a variety of professions interested in reaching a general readership.

Anna started her career with the agency in 1995. Her educational background is in Cultural Anthropology, Intellectual history and Literature. Other special interests include literary nonfiction, history, science, social and cultural issues, memoir, food, art, adventure and travel.

Guidelines for submission: Please send a query letter introducing yourself and briefly describing your project. E-mail queries are preferred but because of the high volume, you will only receive a response if there is interest in your project.
